Angel von Andermatt is a sweet 18 month old German Shepherd with a beautiful golden coat and soft ears that echo her gentle demeanor. She has long legs like a model and she even seemed to enjoy getting her picture taken. She was abandoned at a shelter in Bakersfield and we feel lucky to have been able to rescue her. She's still a little timid and would do better in a home without small children. She walks well on a leash and the longer the walk, the more she loves it. She knows "sit", especially if you're holding a treat! She doesn't mind being crated and we think she's housebroken, too. She got along well with 6 other dogs in the car on their long ride to safety and she's not interested in cats unless they start running and she could probably be trained to ignore that as well. She bonds very well and quickly, and she will be a wonderful new member for some lucky family.
